Return Policy:
We of course hope that you love all your purchases from Blue Haven. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return a purchase. Online purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY if returned within 14 business days of receiving your order. After that timeframe, your item will not be eligible for return.
ALL DISCOUNTED SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL AND ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGES.
Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return. TAGS MUST BE ATTACHED (if they came with them). No makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, pet hair, cigarette smell, or stains of any kind will be accepted.
We do offer exchanges if the product and size you want is still available.
Return Instructions:
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Options are USPS and UPS.
To start a return, you can contact us at shopbluehaven.boutique@gmail.com for our return address.
Please include the packing slip with your return. This was included in the bag with your purchase and has all of your information and order number on it.
Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 days for us to process your return. Once processed, your store credit will be emailed to you.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. Please email us at shopbluehaven.boutique@gmail.com and forward photos of any damage.
Color variations of merchandise due to computer monitor resolutions, lighting, and photography are not qualified as damaged.
